We have an active 3rd party coalition in Washington (State).
We were able to delay passage of a restrictive addition to the Top Two, and are working on pushing our own ammendment.
This is a great idea. We are putting a web page together for our state now. We would love to link with yours when ready.

In 2008, Titus North, Pennsylvania Green Party candidate 14th CD, made it to the ballot without being challenged, but of course the signature requirement for minor parties and independents is discriminatory…totally unfair. We’re hoping to change that with the Voters Choice Act now in the PA Senate.

I’m confused about the statement that Free & Equal will pay for petitioning for various candidates. That would cost a fortune, and how will Free & Equal decide which petition drives to support?

Thank you for your efforts – you had a major victory with organizing the 3rd party presidential and vice presidential debates in ‘08, so I know you are serious with this campaign and I’m helping to get the word out.
