		<description>This system sounds like it has a lot more freedom than the top two! I am in Washington where we just had our primary, and the system is horrible. In some races we had only one option, some 10+, but it seemed like the results would be the same no matter what I voted for and that I was not actually going to be represented- as even though there were many good candidates to pick from, the &#039;top two&#039; were always going to be the top republican/democrat career politicians. With a ranking system, at the very least it would have given a more accurate picture of the candidates people truly supported, as in a top two a lot of times people vote for the one that is &#039;most likely to beat&#039; the opposing candidate come the general election, or vote for the one they have heard the most about/polls best so as not to split the election results. In a couple races I did not want to vote for any of the given choices, so had to do some digging and put in write-ins - I did not realize I would not have that option come the general election.</description>
